Nationally representative information from the American Time Use Study from 2003 to 2016 and linear regression models have been used to examine changes in the percent of adults aged 18–65 years who prepare dinner and their time spent cooking, with interactions to test for differential modifications by demographic variables of gender, schooling, and race/ethnicity.
